I am a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and have been attuned to this gentle energy flow in order to enhance harmony in the body. Reiki, meaning Universal Life Energy, encourages your own healing, relieves stress and reduces tension. This ancient technique is an amazing way to tap into the universal flow of the abundant energy and allow it to flow to any area of need.
Although there are a few positions in which the practitioner is in contact with the client (such as cradling the head), most Reiki treatments do not involve actual touching. My hands are held a few inches away from the clients body, and I am able to manipulate the energy field from there.
Using Intuitive Connections, I also work with the body's energy centers, or Chakras. These are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura (aura extends to 10 feet around us). Their function is to vitalize the physical body, and are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions. Imbalance can be caused by any of these means as the source. When I find an imbalance I may include the use of the crystal energy work to assist in this process, along with Reiki techniques.
Adding Reiki or Crystal energy work to your Reflexology session can be extremely balancing, and even more revitalizing to your entire being. You may choose to have this make up part of the time during your Reflexology session. If you would like to add it to your hour appointment, there is an additional $20 fee and will take approximately 15-25 additional minutes. Please let me know when scheduling your appointment.
